In answer to your question, there really is no "best" f-stop and ISO for any situation. It all depends on the look you are going for. Remember this: art is all subjective. Yes I really do prefer working with the sun's natural light, instead of anything else, and I'm one to take my one reflector on every photo shoot, I just can't understand those photographers that don't.
