The clarity comes from the lens. When you buy a lens always make sure you get the most you can afford.  A crappy lens will do you no good. The camera is just a tool to snap the photo but the lens is where the clarity and sharpness comes from.</description>

I like to use the strip bank when shooting more along the avant garde lines.  It creates a nice even under lighting and the catch light looks "different."  Anytime I am shooting beauty I use either a reflector, sometimes silver or a white board.  Sometimes if I am using split lighting I will not use any kind of under lighting.  This is done purposely to create a more dramatic effect.</description>
