Is this all in camera or was post processing done?

Thanx Monroe. This is straight from the camera. I shot it with 35mm slide film. In those days retouching was VERY expensive and was done either on the slide itself or on a print made from the slide. Well being young and broke this FORCED me to getting it right in camera
